Pinehurst Resort, located along Highway 95 near Riggins, Idaho, has been welcoming guests for more than 85 years. While the resort offered a beautiful riverside setting and unique cabin accommodations, its outdated website did not effectively showcase the property, provide detailed cabin information, or make it easy for guests to book a stay.

I completely redesigned the website with updated content, professional photography, video, detailed cabin pages, and a modern online reservation system. Guests can now view accommodations, check availability, receive confirmation emails, and make reservations online 24 hours a day. The improved user experience and streamlined booking process helped transform the business, resulting in more than 300% growth in reservations while significantly reducing the time spent managing bookings by phone.
